That is the main portal for all of them, from which you can find links to each languages own wiki site. As you can see, there aren't that many articles: Finnish scoutwiki is "leading" with 3245 and the french are second with 2822. But the more we spread the word the more they will grow, right?

It has been suggested that a Sea Scout cruise be held on either the Adriatic or Baltic during the centenary year 2010. There seems to be broad interest, but no one has stepped up to take responsibility for organizing it.
• There are a lot of other events during 2010. Norwegian Sea Scouting will be holding a national Sea Scouting jamboree. National Jamborees in Holland, U.S. Also, the Koch Cup

History of Irish Sea Scouting

Irish Sea Scouting began in 1912. The first Sea Scout Commissioner was living in my home town of Malahide, North County Dublin. His name was Lieut. Henry J. Rundle, RN. He was an officer in the Royal Navy and was attached to the Coastguard Station, Malahide. I have attached a photograph of what Irish Sea Scouts looked like in 1914. This is the 2nd Port of Dublin, Clontarf. Proud winners of the Wood Latimer trophy. The trophy is for rowing and today this same trophy is still presented to the winning team.

Irish Host Team

Hello Everybody,

I am Kevin Rowan part of the Irish host team for Eurosea 9 been held at Larchill, Dublin 16 between 7th and 11th May 2008. We are a team of seven , and are looking forward to meeting you all and hopefully making your stay at Larchill and Ireland a most enjoyable and a good memorable experience.

The team have been preparing for this event for the past 12 months and have been meeting monthly since January of this year.

Larchill is our National HQ and Campsites on the foot hills of the Dublin Mountains overlooking Dublin City and Bay. An absolute beauty spot for keen hikers.

Part of the programme will be a day trip away from the site to Dublin City. We are calling this 'Dublin Day' . The day programme will take us through from Medieval Dublin to Modern Day Dublin by experiencing the history and culture of the city through our national sport(Gaelic football & Hurling), trip on Dublin City Tram,visit the oldest pub in Ireland etc.

The evening will conclude with a sailing experience from Dunlaoghaire Harbour.
